Submitting Designs.

All designs printed on our garments are original creations and unauthorised use of these designs for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. Any reproduction, distribution, or exploitation of these designs without explicit permission is a violation of our terms.

We reserve the right to distribute any material submitted to us through our website, our email, or by any other means of communication on any platform we see relevant to the business.

We may decline certain submissions based on our acceptable eligibility criteria, decided internally within the business, and therefore any design that is submitted to us but not ever visible on our social media platforms or our website is regarded as "discarded" and has no affiliation with the business by any means.

Product Orders and Purchases

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. We may cancel orders without providing a reason. If an order is canceled, any payments made will be refunded.

Payment for all orders must be completed at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice. We aim for accuracy but may occasionally have errors. In such cases, we reserve the right to adjust the pricing as needed.

We process and ship orders promptly. Delivery times and shipping costs vary based on your location and the chosen shipping method. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Cha-me-leon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
